Refund policy

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on any product that is defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and, at your preference, either a replacement or a full refund.

  • If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any other reason, please contact our support team and we’ll do our best to help you out.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Non-Refundable
We cannot issue a refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).

  • You simply change your mind after the 30-day window below has closed.
